Code Of Conduct
API has a Code of Conduct which demands that we: Will be open and honest with our clients in all situations and will thus advise the client of all known potential problems that might arise during the contract.
Will ensure complete confidentiality for our clients.
Will provide a level of service that will fully meet the clients expectations. To ensure this, a brief will be agreed with the client covering all elements of the contract including, most importantly, a clear set of Client Contract Objectives that we must meet before the contract is complete.
Will provide services at a cost which is reasonable and inline with industry norms.
Will advise our clients of any requested services that fall outside our scope of works.
Will fully comply with the spirit and intent of all relevant local, national and International laws. To ensure this, all our personnel will sign a Processional Engagement contract covering this and other key factors. We take it as our responsibility to determine the nature and scope of any of these laws.
Whilst ensuring the safety of our client, contractors and employees, we should ensure that any security arrangements respect human rights and are consistent with international standards for law enforcement.
